1. Type of jacking. There are two kinds of roof supports: solid roof and hollow roof. The diameter of solid roof is 28-34mm, while the diameter of hollow roof is 38mm. The wall thickness is generally 4mm later, the conventional length is between 400mm-700mm, and the special length can be customized. Because the weight of solid jacking is certainly greater than that of hollow jacking in the same length, so the price of solid jacking will be higher than that of hollow jacking.
2. Top tray. The conventional pallet size of jacking is 70 * 110mm, and the thickness is 3.5mm, according to different requirements of the construction site. The tray can be customized as 80 * 120mm, 100 * 150 mm, etc., and the thickness can be increased to 4mm-5mm. At the same time, when the steel pipe is clamped, the tray needs arc-shaped groove to facilitate the fixation of the steel pipe. When the jacking length is too long, it is necessary to weld reinforcement to ensure the stability of the jacking.
3. Welding of jacking. Tray welding is divided into electric welding and manual welding. Electric welding is commonly known as machine welding. It has high welding efficiency and high output. However, the welding quality is general and the appearance is not beautiful. It is generally used for welding solid jacking. Manual welding is mostly used for welding hollow jacking, the welding speed is slow and the efficiency is low, so the cost is slightly high.
Because the roof of the building is generally used to support the scaffold or beam, so the requirements of the general construction site for the roof are relatively high. When purchasing the roof, we must find a good manufacturer, do not blindly pursue the lowest price, we need to consider from the pallet of the roof, the thickness of the lead screw and other aspects, so as to buy the desired products.
