Construction fasteners have always been an indispensable building material in construction projects. Construction fasteners are divided into three types, namely right-angle fasteners, rotary fasteners and butt fasteners.
Right-angle building fasteners are used for vertical cross-linking of two steel pipes. The vertical pipe and the transverse pipe of the steel pipe scaffold are fastened to the right-angled building fasteners. When the bolt torque (tightness) is 40N•m, the transverse pipe is ensured. No downfall occurs after being subjected to an external load.
The butt joint fastener is used for the butt joint of two steel pipes, mainly including the vertical horizontal pipe and the extension of the diagonal support.
Rotating building fasteners are connected and fixed to two components and can be flexibly rotated for convenient construction.
The commonly used construction fasteners in China are made of cast iron. The packaging method is generally woven bag packaging. The general construction fasteners are made of anti-rust treatment in the form of crimson anti-rust paint. The production and procurement of general fastener products are matched with the shelf pipe. The ratio is 8:1:1. The ratio is: right angle accounts for 80%, butt 10%, rotates 10%. In use, if the construction fasteners are cracked, deformed or the bolts are strictly prohibited, it is forbidden to use these unqualified fasteners to cause construction failures and accidents.
